Us!

Epworth Imperial Hall provides a much loved and valued service for the whole community.

The Epworth Imperial Hall provides a village centre venue for social events, meetings, entertainment, exhibitions etc.

The Hall has an overall capacity of 300.

This lovely building is over 100 years old and has served Epworth in many ways - from hosting one of the first suffragette meetings to a base for the Army during WW2 to now providing a venue for purposes as diverse as Belly Dancing, Bingo and a community cinema!

We are a not for profit organisation run entirely by volunteers.'

A lottery supporting The Imperial Hall!

Lincs Lotto is a weekly online lottery created to support local causes in North Lincolnshire. Tickets are only £1 per week, with 60% going to local good causes and prizes up to £25,000!

IMPERIAL HALL ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR HIRE
Contact Mary on 01427 873622

  • Holds a joint music license (PRS) Performing rights society for music & PPL Phonographic performance ltd

  • Licensed for Alcohol albeit not currently sold on premises ​

  • The Hall also holds a lottery licence

  • Both Halls can be hired in total if available

  • The halls are available for hourly booking dependant on availability.

  • Wifi Connection

  • Presentation screen in small hall

MAIN HALL

  • Seating capability of approx 200 .

  • Tables are available (reduces the seating capacity).​

  • Stage with stage lights for productions of plays etc​

  • Electric organ available (not novice use )

  • Changing rooms available at the rear of stage for users ​

  • The floor is smooth ply suitable for gym / exercise & dance, childrens' parties,  Horticultural Society​

  • Kitchen facilities  available​

  • Toilets with wheelchair access

  • Emergency exits including wheelchair use

SMALL HALL

  • Seating capacity of approx 100

  • Tables are available however this reduces the seating capacity accordingly.

  • There is a large presentation screen with internet connection and a video player

  • The room is currently utilised for presentations, art groups, women institute meetings, council meetings, Childrens parties

  • A hearing loop is installed in room

  • There are kitchen facilities available 

  • Toilets are wheelchair friendly

RATES

Tariff April 2023 

 

Large Hall £13 per hour 

 

Small Hall £11  per hour

 

The above rates may vary dependent on :

 

  • Non Isle Residents additional fee of £1 per hour unless Isle residents are in receipt of benefits from event.

  • Commercial where income is created from sales etc -additional fee of £2 per hour 

  • For room set up and clearing away furniture by Trustees / Aids £10 fixed fee

  • For Kitchen use - £10 additional payment for session
